In der Ducray Kertyol P.S.O. Reihe ist das Lokale Anwendung für eine intensive Pflege zuständig. Reizungen und Plaques, die ein Symptom der Kopfhautpsoriasis sind, werden vermindert. Die Schuppendicke nimmt fühlbar ab. Die pflegenden Inhaltsstoffe pflegen die Haut und beruhigen sie. Zudem wird die Entstehung von Entzündungen gehemmt und damit dem Juckreiz vorgebeugt.
