Die Ducray Keracnyl PP+ Creme gegen Unreinheiten wurde für Hauttypen, die zu entzündlicher Akne neigen, entwickelt. Die Formel hilft, die Talgproduktion zu regulieren, Entzündungen vorzubeugen und die Haut zugleich vor der Ausbildung von Hautflecken besser zu schützen. Sie kann auch in Rücksprache begleitend bei topischen Behandlungen, nach denen die Haut zu starker Trockenheit neigt, verwendet werden.
